Maryland's Top 10 Football Players in 2015

Maryland Varsity has rated the top 100 football players in the Class of 2015, 1-100. Listed below is a free look at our top ten players in this class. If you want to see the entire 100 players, subscribe today and click here now!

Our rankings are seen by Division I, I-AA II, III, Junior College, and NAIA coaches throughout the country. Each player ranked has an bio on what they have accomplished at the prep level. The players below are listed in alphabetical order but are ranked within our Top 100 in the Class of 2015.

Top Ten

Adam McLean | Quince Orchard | Defensive End
Previous Ranking: #5
6-foot-2 | 275 pounds

Dominating defensive tackles who have size, strength, and good foot work are extremely sought after and that is what McLean brings to the table.  He could have waited out the recruiting process but felt his future was best at Penn State.

Darius Fullwood | Good Counsel | Defensive End
Previous Ranking: #3
6-foot-5 | 245 pounds

Fullwood has continued to name a number of elite college programs among his favorite on the recruiting front.  Virginia Tech, Ohio State, Penn State, Kentucky, Georgia Tech, Miami and Michigan State are a few of the programs that he is following as of late.

David Sills | Eastern Christian Academy | Quarterback
Previous Ranking: #7
6-foot-3 | 180 pounds

Will Sills end up signing with USC in February of 2015?  That is a hard question to answer but with the Trojans getting another top quarterback prospect committing in his class, this junior has been seeing attention from others heat up.

Dionte Austin | Calvert Hall | Defensive Back
Previous Ranking: #9
5-foot-11 | 150 pounds

Austin is focusing on his club has returning for the 2014 and feels that they can make strides overall.  Little is getting in the way of him on the recruiting front as programs across the country have offered him early on.

Isaiah Prince | Eleanor Roosevelt | Offensive Line
Previous Ranking: #8
6-foot-6 | 270 pounds

Prince has worked hard to get healthy after an injury left him on the sidelines as a senior.  This Rivals four-star recruit does not appear to have nearing a college decision as of late.

Jalen Christian | Damascus | Athlete
Previous Ranking: #4
5-foot-10 | 175 pounds

Christian put on a clinic during his junior season in which he proved to be one of the most valuable players within the state of Maryland. A number of programs continue to work him hard on the recruiting front.

Jordan Adams | Franklin | Athlete
Previous Ranking: #11
6-foot-1 | 160 pounds

Offers came from a wide range of locations across the country for Adams but a chance to play with his brother was hard to turn down at West Virginia.  This athlete can focus on the fall and winning his second straight title.

Kai Locksley | Gilman School | Athlete
Previous Ranking: #1
6-foot-4 | 185 pounds

Locksley is a game changing athlete who has continued to grow and develop behind center as a quarterback.  He will make a tough decision at the college level with his father being the offensive coordinator at Maryland versus some of the top programs in the country chasing him.

Kamonte Carter | Gaithersburg | Athlete
Previous Ranking: #6
6-foot-4 | 230 pounds

Carter is one of the most unique athletes in the country with size, athleticism, and speed that he has consistently shown on the football field.  Penn State is where he has decided he will suit up and their new coaches are excited to see what skills he can bring to the table.

Pat Allen | Franklin | Offensive Lineman
Previous Ranking: #2
6-foot-4 | 265 pounds

Allen has been working hard early on this winter to get his name out and a strong performance at the recent Rivals camp certainly won't hurt that.  This four star recruit continues to have his pick from the best programs across the country.
